Your platform is hosted on infrastructure certified as HDS (Health Data Hosting) and qualified SecNumCloud by ANSSI (France's national cybersecurity agency). Servers are located in France, operated by a French provider. No data transits through foreign datacenters, no non-European subcontractor has access to your data.
RGPD (GDPR) compliance is built in from the design stage: processing register, AIPD (Data Protection Impact Assessment), patient consent collection, right of access and deletion, data minimization. Access logs are retained and auditable to respond to requests from CNIL and your DPO.
