Are the forms RGPD (GDPR) compliant for health data?
Yes, RGPD (GDPR) compliance is built in by design: AES-256-GCM encryption, HDS certified hosting, consent collection, right of access and deletion, processing register. We provide the elements for your AIPD (Data Protection Impact Assessment).
Can patients respond from their smartphone?
Yes, the forms are mobile first. Patients receive a unique secure link via SMS or email, respond from their mobile browser without creating an account, and data is transmitted encrypted.
Can results be integrated into our EHR?
Yes, results are exportable in CSV, PDF, or via REST API. We develop custom connectors for the leading EHR systems on the market. FHIR integration is also possible for equipped facilities.
