Audit and scoping
We analyze your functional requirements, your organization, your existing programs (TPE, day hospitalization, rehabilitation...), and your technical constraints. We identify the content to migrate, the user roles to configure, and the necessary integrations with your IT systems. A detailed specification document is produced and validated with your teams before any development.
Custom deployment
We install and configure your platform on HDS (Health Data Hosting) infrastructure (Outscale SecNumCloud), apply your branding, configure your domain name, and migrate your existing content. Programs are structured, H5P activities are created or imported, and patient pathways are tested end-to-end before going live.
Training and autonomy
We train your pathway coordinators, instructional designers, and technical teams on daily platform use. Program creation, activity management, patient tracking, data export: each role receives tailored training. Comprehensive documentation and responsive support accompany you after go-live.

sovereign HDS
Your platform is hosted on infrastructure certified as HDS (Health Data Hosting), on Outscale infrastructure qualified SecNumCloud by ANSSI (France's national cybersecurity agency). Servers are located in France, operated by a French provider. No data transits through foreign datacenters, no non-European subcontractor has access to your data.
Native RGPD (GDPR)
RGPD (GDPR) compliance is built in from the design stage: processing register, AIPD (Data Protection Impact Assessment), patient consent collection, right of access and deletion, data minimization. Access logs are retained and auditable to respond to requests from CNIL and your DPO.
Automatic backups
Encrypted backups are performed daily and stored on a sovereign storage space separate from the production infrastructure. Restoration is tested regularly. In case of an incident, your data and programs are recoverable within a contractually guaranteed timeframe.

How long does it take to deploy Ducal TPE & Day Hospital?
From a few days to a few weeks depending on your needs and existing setup. A first program can be operational very quickly on SaaS. For dedicated instances, the timeline includes custom branding, content migration and team training.
Can we migrate from another care pathway or TPE platform?
Yes, we support content migration from any existing platform. SCORM and H5P formats can be imported in one click. For non-standard content, we handle conversion and verification.
How many users can the platform support?
The platform is designed to support thousands of simultaneous users. The infrastructure is scalable: we adjust server resources according to your growth, with no service interruption.
Does Ducal TPE & Day Hospital handle day hospitalization?
Yes. The sessions, cohorts and event templates system lets you organize day hospitalization programs with the same level of structure as TPE programs: scheduling, tracking, assessments and reporting.
